FREE Coach Training Opportunities
The Coaches Association of Saskatchewan is offering a few FREE coaches training sessions this month (see below). This is a great opportunity for anyone interested in coaching and obtaining the NCCP certification at some point as these are part of the certification pathway (the last one is ONLY for those who want to become evaluators).
ADDITIONALLY – Bowls Sask received a grant and has funding available until March 31, 2025 to assist anyone who wishes to take coach training (club coach, competitive coach, evaluator or learning facilitator). This translates into additional FREE coach training. Individuals do not have to complete certification by the end of March but can take as many components needed for their certification until that time. Bowls Sask also plans to run a coach workshop this winter. Anyone interested in training, certification, the workshop, etc. should contact the Bowls Sask office or David Calam (Coaching Chair, cc’d on this email) for more information, to be added to our list for the workshop or to be approved for financial support.
DON’T MISS THIS HUGE OPPORTUNITY!!
