Change to the traditional format for the Development Clinic

Change to the traditional format for the Development Clinic.   Since June 3 has been named National Bowls Day in honor of the ParticipACTION 150 Playlist the two clubs hosting the Development Clinic have decided:
-The Regina Lawn Bowling Club will host the Development Clinic in the morning of Saturday, June 3 with plans TBA in the afternoon for the Nationals Bowls Day
-The Nutana Lawn Bowling Club will host the Development Clinic on Sunday, June 4 with plans TBA for June 3 for the Nationals Bowls Day
