Dear Coach,
On behalf of Bowls Canada Boulingrin, we would like to inform you of some changes happening within the coaching program. As you may know, the NCCP programming for Lawn Bowls will no longer include Levels 1, 2 or 3. These have been replaced with Club Coach, Competition Coach and Performance Coach. If you are a coach with Level 1, 2, or 3 Theory, Technical, or Practical components, you will be given credit for the equivalent program in Club Coach, Competition Coach or Performance Coach Streams. These will be identified as “Transferred” on your transcript. Your Levels-NCCP credentials are still valid and recognized in the sport community. They will not expire or be removed from your transcript. On December 7th, 2016, bowls will undergo this transfer of qualifications in the CAC database “The Locker” and an email will be sent to each coach communicating the transfer.
For more information on the transfer of qualifications, please visit the Transfer of Qualifications FAQ page on the CAC website, found here. Should you have any further questions after having consulted the page, please do not hesitate to contact Bowls Canada or the CAC’s Coach and Partner Services team at 613.235.5000 or [email protected].
Thank you for investing your time, energy, and passion into the National Coaching Certification Program!
Sincerely,
Katie Gardner
